Trapèze (or the Misadventure of the Sorcerer's Menagerie) (2008)

Created specifically for the Spiegeltent as part of Bard College's Summerscape 2008, Trapèze (or the Misadventure of the Sorcerer's Menagerie) is a reimagining of Sergey Prokofiev’s little known circus ballet Trapèze originally choreographed in 1924–25 by Boris Romanov. The work features newly composed music by Gregory Spears interspersed with the original ballet score, costumes by Carol Binion, and lighting by Andrew Hill.
